Whenever i see a fight (kung-fu karate etc.) i always look at the direction their movements and balance
Now whenever i do wing chun kung-fu i always picture yin and yang rotating around the elements Fire Earth Wind Water
Fire- power
Wind- Speed
Water- Movement
Earth- Balance
Remember one fighting style is never superior to the others they have their own strengths and weaknesses
